DUTIES & TAXES

DELIVERY

PHULKARI SHOPPE endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if PHULKARI SHOPPE fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, PHULKARI SHOPPE may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

If for any order you have given us the wrong address, we are not liable for the contents of the shipment and are not obligated to give you a refund. If the shipping company can do the delivery on the new address given, the buyer will be paying the extra shipping charges.

TRACK SHIPMENT

When we ship the order, we will provide tracking id with the shipment company tracking link in the same email or phone provided by the buyer while purchasing the product/s.

RETURN & REFUNDS

All sales are final and no return as custom orders is our nature of work.

Only possible return is when we ship you the wrong product. In this case the buyer have to ship it back to us in coordination with our logistics team and the charges for that returning shipment will be credited back with your purchased amount.

Return will only be accepted within 24 hours from when the buyer received the order by emailing us info@phulkarishoppe.com

If a purchase made by mistake, refund will be process after deducting payment gateway fees and all other taxes.

Return Eligibility:- Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all the original tags, label and packing.

FORCE MAJEURE

Force Majeure will include any war, civil commotion, strike, governmental action, lockout, accident, epidemic or any other event of any nature or kind whatsoever beyond the control of PHULKARI SHOPPE that directly or indirectly hinders or prevents PHULKARI SHOPPE from commencing or proceeding with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. You expressly agree that lack of funds shall not, in any event, constitute or be considered an event of Force Majeure.

CHANGE IN PURCHASE
